Albertafootballnews has just launched a new web site for local football teams in Alberta. Make sure you check out this site! Deerfoot also plays an important role in this community site, they donate the medals received by the "players of the game". | Through history, tales have been told of mighty Scotsmen, hearty and ready to stand for right against seemingly unbeatable odds. These strong, kilt clad men from the Highlands downed many a formidable foe with one swing from a mighty sword. This sword of Scottish fame was the battle ready “Great Claymore”. Claymore is a Calgary based, World Celtic band. It is comprised of four Calgary area musicians, who share a passion for Canadian and World Celtic music.
